GHACCYO Mentor TrainingThis training is required in order to be a Mentor. Once this training has been completed, and your status as a Mentor approved, you will be granted access to register youth, submit award applications, and request parish ceremonies.
| Safe Haven TrainingAll Adults working with Youth are required by the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston to complete the Safe Environment Online Program, "SAFE HAVEN: It's Up to You". The online training consists of a 3-part video series and will include a criminal background check. This program replaces the VIRTUS training. If you are VIRTUS trained and your training is still current, that is acceptable until it expires. Check your status, or sign up for training, at https://galvestonhouston.cmgconnect.org. NOTE: The Safe Environment training must be completed prior to beginning work with Youth. Your status will be verified by GHACCYO. See your profile to upload a new certificate. |
