Award Workshop Weekend

Deadlines are quickly approaching to complete the medal requirements in time for the Award Ceremony on April 23rd.
Are you on schedule?

Come spend the day, night, or weekend with others working on their awards. Workshops will be offered throughout the day to help you complete requirements.

ALL YOUTH (K thru 12) and Adults

Adults must be current on their Safe Haven training to attend. Go to galvestonhouston.cmgconnect.org to sign up for training or retrieve your expiration date and send to ContactUs@ghaccyo.org.

DAY ONLY OPTION

Check in 9:00am - 9:30am Saturday
Bring a sack lunch, water bottle, and award workbook
Check out at 2:30pm

OVERNIGHT OPTION (grades 2 and up)

Check in at 7:00pm on Friday or 9:00am on Saturday
Bring a sack lunch, water bottle, and award book
Bring your own food (refrigerators available)
We will be sleeping in dorms - boys/men will have separate sleeping quarters from girls/women
Check out by 11:00am on Sunday

Girl Scout troops staying overnight must provide a First Aider and a Camp Trained Adult, meet the adult-girl ratio requirements, and complete other forms as required by Council (permission, medical, camping, etc).

Group Registration: To pay for multiple people at once, register each person separately using the same email address. On the Review and confirm page, choose INVOICE ME. You can continue to add registrations until you are ready to pay.
