ALL YOUTH (K thru 12) and Adults

Adults must be current on their Safe Haven training to attend. Go to galvestonhouston.cmgconnect.org to sign up for training or retrieve your completion certificate.

DAY ONLY OPTION

• Check in 7:30 - 8:30 am Saturday
• Bring water bottle, journal, bible, and a jacket for outdoor activities
• All meals/snacks included
• Check out 8:00 pm or after group campfire

OVERNIGHT OPTION

(grades K-3 require parent to stay)

• Check in 5:00 - 8:00 pm on Friday or 7:30 - 8:30 am on Saturday (Friday evening activity begins at 8:00 pm)
• Bring water bottle, journal, bible, jacket, bedding and toiletries
• We will be sleeping in dormitories and tents - boys/men will have separate sleeping quarters from girls/women
• Includes Friday evening snack, all meals/snacks on Saturday, and grab-and-go breakfast on Sunday
• Check out 10:00 am on Sunday

REGISTRATION

$100* per person ~ Early Bird Discount $80 ends February 28th

• Fee includes all meals, drinks and snacks, camp fees, session materials, and an event patch.
• T-shirts may be purchased for an additional $15 each at the time of registration.
• All adults in attendance are required to volunteer for 1+ shifts (details closer to event) and be current on Safe Haven training.

*Actual cost to attend is $120. Scholarships are available.

Attendees are required to adhere to the following adult:youth ratios. Youth that do not meet the ratio requirements at registration will be grouped with other troops.

Troops are expected to adhere to their Council rules in terms of required First Aiders, Camp Trained Adults, and forms (permission, medical, camping, adult emergency, etc) in addition to the requirements set by GHACCYO.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellations received before the registration deadline are eligible to be refunded*. GHACCYO will not issue a refund on cancelled registrations once the deadline has passed unless another party is available to take the vacancy.

GHACCYO is a non-profit, volunteer-driven organization. Therefore, purchases for materials for specific events are made with the funds received based upon the number of registrations at the time of the deadline. The committee will not issue credit towards a future GHACCYO event in lieu of a refund request.
